Large scale garments manufacturing commences in this department where the massive sheets of fabric are expertly cut into various garment compartments. These garment compartments will later get sewn together to produce single pieces of clothing.
Our Fabric Cutting Department
In this department, each garment compartment is sewn together to produce the single pieces of clothing. These single pieces of clothing are then sent off to our associate garment-washing factories so that they can get the right color and texture through the washing process. Our Sewing department spans across three floors in our factory.
Our Sewing Department
In this department every washed piece of clothing is ironed. In addition to this, all the accessories including buttons, rivets, tags, leather patches, and labels are attached to the single pieces of garments. Finally the finished clothing items are packaged into boxes and safely stored in our finished goods storage unit awaiting shipment.
